  • The prices are in Reais (R$), the brazilian currency.
  • Theses prices include our tropical breakfast.
  • Hotel stay starts at 12:00 and ends at 11:00 of the following day.
  • Children up to 4 years are free, one for every room.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • To confirm reservations we need a 50% bank deposit.
  • In case of reservation cancelling with up to 30 days in advance we return 100% of the deposit, until 15 days
    we return 50%, until 7 days return of 25%, after 7 days we do NOT return the deposit.
  • For use of the conditioned air, there is an increment of R$ 10,00 in the daily rate.
  • Discounts/Promotions are not accumulative, being just worth the first granted.
  • Special prices for lingering holidays.
  • Prices can be altered anytime and must be confirmed.
  • Tax of R$ 2,00 is collected a day, regarding CONDESTUR (Contribution for the Developmen of the Tourism).
